If this is a platform you use, we’d love to add you into our channel. You’ll receive the most timely responses here. Approx. same day. ### **SMS / WhatsApp** SMS (or WhatsApp) can be used in the case that you don’t use Slack. ### Email Anything needing a response before our next WIP, feel free to **email** your Account Manager. You can expect to receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours with an indication of when we'll be able to get back to you with an answer to your query.   We also provide updates where necessary to keep you informed on how the account is tracking.
