Slack
Slack is our primary communication method within the agency. If this is a platform you use, we’d love to add you into our channel. You’ll receive the most timely responses here. Approx. same day.
SMS / WhatsApp
SMS (or WhatsApp) can be used in the case that you don’t use Slack.
Anything needing a response before our next WIP, feel free to email your Account Manager. You can expect to receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours with an indication of when we'll be able to get back to you with an answer to your query.
We also provide updates where necessary to keep you informed on how the account is tracking. This is very topline to share anything good or urgent that we've noticed in the account.

Phone calls for all urgent and emergency after hours contact.
